Step 3: Sewing

Bags are then sent for sewing. Almost 90% of our tailors are women who live in rural parts of India. We are proud of the fact that we can play a small part in helping them earn a livelihood for their families.

Step 1 : Fabric Cutting

The first step involves choosing the right fabric and cutting them into the desired size. This requires skilled labour with years of experience.

Step 2: Screen Printing

The cut fabric is then sent for printing. We use screen printing to print logos as it is the most effective way to print on cotton bags.

Step 4: Packing

The final step involves quality check and packing of the bags. We offer customise packing solutions for all our clients. The cardboard boxes we use are export quality and 5 ply that can easily hold 15-20 kgs.
